Jo and Mist –
Being a owner of a reactive dog is emotionally very difficult, I not only found this workshop very informative, I also got great relief from untangling why Mist had become reactive. I came away from this workshop armed with lots of knowledge and tools to help me improve Mists life. It was good to learn that reactivity comes in all shapes and sizes. Super helpfully to get a information pack to refer back to. Highly recommend this to anyone that struggles with there dog.
Lucy –
Thank you Jo. Mist did amazingly well and it was good to get the root of why Mist starting being reactive. We look forward to watching your journey and seeing Mist cope better with life. Well done for working so hard!

Lucy’s workshop was a great starting point for us and our anxious rescue dog. We’ve struggled with his reactivity towards other dogs for a while, and this workshop provided a fantastic foundation for making life a little easier for him. I was initially hesitant about attending a group session with other reactive dogs, but the thoughtful setup, with divided and safe spaces for each dog put me at ease.
We gained practical knowledge about a range of new training tools that we’ve already begun incorporating into our routine, especially during walks. Lucy’s insights into the causes and stages of reactivity, and how it manifests differently in each dog, were incredibly helpful. It was eye-opening to see how diverse reactivity can be.
Lucy’s approach is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and we left feeling better equipped to support our dog. I highly recommend her workshops to anyone dealing with similar challenges.

It has been an absolute please working with you all. I have a little soft spot for Nemo, whilst I know he can be a challenge, it has been an absolutely joy to see him improve and to work with you both. You advocate for Nemo 100% and that is so important when you have an anxious boy like him. Well done to you all and I look forward to our next session.
Louise & Cookie –
Thank you for reactive course on Saturday. It was really useful to us and our “break” command is coming along! We were provided a very safe space and were very reassured. I found it useful to know what to rule out as much as anything. We were given and tried out tools. I also felt more confident this week when we had a small reaction. I’m looking to other courses to ease frustrations in my dog and let her live to her full potential.
Lucy –
Thank you Louise. We are glad you found the course useful and love to hear that the ‘break’ is working well for you. Cookie is a bright cookie and it’s great to hear you are going to give her other outlets as well. Well done to you all and we hope to see you soon.

I found this course really informative and it helped me to understand how my dog could be feeling when we are out on our walks and what to do to help her. Betty can be reactive and nervous with other dogs and walks are sometimes stressful, the tools learned today are certainly going to give us both some confidence to start enjoying our walks again. I highly recommend this course for anyone who is struggling with a reactive dog.
Lucy –
Thank you Sarah, so glad you found the workshop useful. I look forward to hearing how Betty is on her walks. Certainly the feedback from Paul is that she is doing so much better on her walks with him, which is fantastic to hear. Well done to you both for working so hard.

I attended the reactive dog course as my dog has been steadily getting more reactive to certain types of dog and I wasn’t sure how to handle the specific situations. Lucy is very knowledgeable and I found the workshop really useful and informative. We managed to book a day that was forecast for high temps so Lucy rearranged to an earlier start, gazebos for each dog and a paddling pool meant we all stayed nice and cool (much appreciated, thank you). The separate and shielded areas for each dog to be in were perfect (the other 3 dogs on the course were typically all triggers for mine, but he was very relaxed in his area). A useful info pack was used during the workshop and then for us to take home, a handy reminder as you don’t always take everything in during the session. We had practical ‘try outs’ and for us improvement was already being seen during the workshop. I’ve done a lot of research and training with my dog, but sometimes you just need someone to get you back on the right track. Lucy did exactly this for us and we have already booked to attend the ‘reactive dog practice sessions’ so we can continue to work on our new ‘don’t freak out at that’ skills. Definitely recommend attending.

It was lovely to meet you and Milo and we are so glad you enjoyed the session. You both did amazing and worked really hard. We are looking forward to seeing you at the practical sessions so we can help Milo further in his journey.

It was a hot day and I was particularly impressed by the set up. Each area had a canopy and clear separation for each dog. In addition lots of toys to keep the dogs interested and a small pool so dogs could individually cool off. There were only 4 dogs in our session so a good mix but plenty of time to focus on your dog. Practiced some of the techniques which are already working this morning at our early morning walk. A really excellent session with time for practice as well as instruction. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for help.
Lucy –
Thank you Tania for your lovely review. So glad that you both enjoyed the session and good to hear that the techniques are working already! Well done to both of you and we hope to see you again soon.
Corinne & Malcolm –
A really useful course, which helped us understand our dog better and the role we need to play in supporting him. Thanks, Lucy.

My absolute pleasure, always a joy to work with you all. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.
