Booking Terms and Conditions
- Course Fees are payable at time of booking in full and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- If Woodland Wags postpone the start date of the course/workshop, participants will be transferred. In the event of Woodland Wags cancelling the course/workshop participants will be offered a transfer or refund.
- Please do not attend class if you have tested positive for Covid.
- Classes are generally face to face, however in the event that –
- We have a Covid or Kennel Cough outbreak classes will take place on Zoom or be postponed until it is safe to resume face to face classes.
- It is deemed unsafe for instructors/participants to travel due to adverse weather conditions, classes will take place on Zoom or be postponed.
- It is deemed unsafe for puppies/dogs to attend class due to high temperatures, classes will take place on Zoom or be postponed.
- Handlers should be 18 years of age plus, unless otherwise agreed with the instructors. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- For the safety of all dogs, please ensure dogs are vaccinated and up-to-date with their worming and flea treatments. Puppies must have had their first set of vaccinations before coming to class. If in any doubt please check with your vet.
- Please bring plenty of SMALL SOFT treats. Treats need to be stored in a treat bag or pocket out of sight of your dog.
- Please ensure your dog has a collar, ID tag and a lead (non-extendable lead) as we will not be able to provide you will a suitable alternative. Extendable leads, check collars or slip leads are not allowed in class.
- Please bring a dog blanket, bowl, water, kong/antler/licki mat, or any other enrichment toy for your dog to enjoy during the times whilst we are chatting.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead all times in the hall unless you are asked to let your dog off by one of the instructors.
- Dogs cannot attend class if they have any form of contagious illness. Please contact your vet and Woodland Wags if you are in any doubt.
