Booking Terms and Conditions
- Course Fee’s are as listed and payable in full at the time of booking.
- Course Fee’s are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- If Woodland wags DTC postpone start date participants will be transferred, in the event of Woodland wags DTC cancelling the course participants will be offered a transfer or refund.
- Please do not attend class if you have tested positive for Covid.
- Classes are face to face, in the event that we have a Covid or Kennel Cough outbreak classes will take place on Zoom until it is safe to resume face to face classes, no refund or transfer will be offered.
- Handlers should be 18 years of age plus, unless otherwise agreed with the instructors. Any under 18’s attending class must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please do not approach any dogs without first securing permission.
- Please bring plenty of SMALL SOFT treats. Treats need to be stored in a treat bag or pocket out of sight of your dog.
- Please ensure your dog has a collar/harness, ID tag and a lead as we will not be able to provide you will a suitable alternative.
- No check chains, slip leads or extendable leads are allowed in class.
- Please bring a dog blanket, bowl, water, kong/antler/licki mat, or any other enrichment toy for your dog to enjoy during the times whilst we are chatting.
- Dogs cannot attend class if they have any form of contagious illness. Please contact Lucy if you are in any doubt.
