Lucy has been walking my dogs for more than 15 years, and she’s maintained a high standard throughout. She’s seen my current dog grow from a puppy to an old boy and has paid attention to his needs as they’ve changed during his life. As someone who works, it’s vital for me to know that my dog is safe and happy when he’s with her. This is what makes Lucy stand out from other dog walkers.
She's responsive on email/text, feeds my dog reliably, administers meds and ointments when necessary, and walks him in all weathers, at all times of the year. I’ve seen for myself how careful she is to assimilate new dogs into the group (she's a Kennel Club registered dog trainer, too!), and she makes sure they walk in different places, so that they always have a fun time. I know her to be a responsible, alert member of the local dog-walking community – and I know she is always careful to pick up after the dogs in her charge.
For Lucy, it isn’t just a job – it’s a really important service for people who need help with their beloved animals. After 15+ years, I can’t give higher praise than this: I know that my dog is genuinely part of the family for Lucy.
