Lucy has been walking my dogs for more than 15 years, and she’s maintained a high standard throughout. She’s seen my current dog grow from a puppy to an old boy and has paid attention to his needs as they’ve changed during his life. As someone who works, it’s vital for me to know that my dog is safe and happy when he’s with her. This is what makes Lucy stand out from other dog walkers.
She's responsive on email/text, feeds my dog reliably, administers meds and ointments when necessary, and walks him in all weathers, at all times of the year. I’ve seen for myself how careful she is to assimilate new dogs into the group (she's a Kennel Club registered dog trainer, too!), and she makes sure they walk in different places, so that they always have a fun time. I know her to be a responsible, alert member of the local dog-walking community – and I know she is always careful to pick up after the dogs in her charge.

Lucy and her team have looked after my two dogs on a regular basis since 2012. Throughout that time they have always been 100% professional in their working practice and I trust them absolutely. As an experienced dog trainer, she has considerable knowledge of dog behavior which has been invaluable over the years. They are always able to explain why things happen and how best to deal with situations; in fact, it is no exaggeration to say they have been quietly training me in all the complex aspects of dog ownership in the most sensitive and thoughtful of ways! Furthermore, when one of my dogs sadly died, they knew exactly how to support both grieving dog and owner which neither of us will forget. Eddie, my remaining dog, adores them. He has a great time and I never have any worries about leaving him with Lucy. In fact, I suspect he has a much better time in this well ordered but happy, fun environment with a range of other dogs to play with, than he has at home with me! I know he is cared for and loved in a properly doggy-structured way and he enjoys himself - a great relief and resource for me.

Lucy has taken great care to match Cooper with dogs of a similar size, age & temperament so that they can enjoy walks together. He adores Lucy & the team and spends his mornings listening for the sound of the car pulling in to collect him for his daily walk.
